What we publish

  • Per-component uptime: REST API, WebSocket, webhooks, ingestion, model service.
  • Incident history with root cause and remediation, retained indefinitely.
  • Scheduled maintenance windows announced at least 72 hours in advance.

SLA

Pro and Pro+ target 99.5% monthly uptime without service credits. Enterprise targets 99.9% monthly uptime with the credit schedule documented in the SLA.
